It was a long time since i did business studies but you have shareholders…which i suppose is a PLC or even a Ltd company…which i think when the shares aren’t sold to the public and just to family and friends!
I’d go for Limited Company. The people owning it have Limited Liability and the details of it are registered at Compaines House. It will then have a ‘Certificate of Incorporation’ to show it has been registered.
