Don't be fake. You know all those shows that have teenagers in high school with tons of drama. Well a lot of that is real. just not so public. Drama happens when you make fake friends or if you pretend to be fake. theres more advice, but that is a valuable piece of info. try to follow it and sometime into your freshmen/ sophmore year you'll be grateful that you did. i promise. You will see people around you just dreading their lives because of problems they have with so called "friends" and "boyfriends." That doesnt mean to be socially secluded but just choose who you hang out with and also don't be pressured by guys, that will lead to some F***** ****. I'm gonna be a senior right now and i play varsity football and track. I have a good range of friends but only people i really trust and a girlfrined who i love. I dont drink, smoke, do drugs, and have a 3.5 gpa. And believe me i had a lot of opportunities to F*** up my life. just do what you know is right and you'll be fine.

1) Don't start ish
if someone tell you a secret or says something about another person (unless it is your best friend they are talking about) keep yo mouth shut
2) Keep yo legs closed
just because boys like to sleep with sluts does not mean they will want to be with you
3) Don't try to be someone your not
people admire a trend setter or someone who is theirselves also you will find people you can connect with when you are real
4) Have fun but keep your education as your main priority
5) Enjoy high school as much as you can because after it is never the same

1. Don't piss off the upperclassmen.
2. You're studies mean the world now. Middle school..they really didn't. Now you're on your way to college. You need to learn the best study skills while your young so you can keep it up through college. Education means more than who has the best Hollister hoodie.
3. As for friends, branch out. Join as many clubs as you can. Remember that you don't neccessarily have to be good at a certain sport to be able to participate. I highly recommend drama club. It's perfect for shy or outgoing people. Speech or debate is awesome too. Looks great on a college application to have good speech skills.
4. Simply have fun and avoid the drama.
Most importantly: don't stress over the small stuff. It might suck now, but in two months, no one will remember that one day you tripped in the cafeteria.

first off, be who you wan't to be. don't let pressure and popularity get to you, cause most of the time when you're a junior or senior, all the little groups of friends get together and have fun. it's weird, but almost always happens. don't act fake and stupid. don't become a slutttt. it'll just get you into trouble and every will hate you. plus, drama about yourself sucks big time. talk to people and DO NOT act shy. if you're shy, then you're not gonna make any friends and the upperclassmen will probably think you're weird. it may feel awkward, but actually talk to the upperclassmen. believe it or not, they more than likely will enjoy talking to you. if you like sports or something, definitely play them in high school. you'll make a tonnn of friends that way. make good grades!! it may sound weird to some people when they're a freshman to actually try and study, but trust me, it will pay off in the end. if you don't, you'll definitely regret it!

Keep going and keep trying; don't go in thinking it's going to be terrible or that you'll have no friends or that people won't like you. A positive mindset tends to yield a more positive experience. When you make new friends, make sure they'll support you with what you want to do- for example, if you want to be a straight-A student, find kids who'll study with you instead of ones who'll lead you away from that.
