First, you need to create an algorithm for English, which looks at a given sentence and parses it into subject, verb, direct object, indirect object, etc.
Next, you translate those words (or phrases, or concepts) to their counterparts in your constructed language.
Then, you need an algorithm which will conjugate verbs and decline nouns and build a resulting sentence in your new language.
Then....
You need all that same stuff in reverse, so you can translate back to English again.</description>
