Try the Unitarian-Universalist Church. It is probably the most enlightening, most constructive group I have ever known.
As you wish, we will help you ask and pray to God about your problem.
On the other hand, join the Church of God under the leadership of Bro Eli Soriano and Bro Daniel Razon.
You may switch to the following :

I suggest a bible study by Beth Moore. She is awesome and I have been to several of her bible studies and every one of them were wonderful and helped me so much.

um, if you believe in organized religion, you should seek it out, but is this really a question?
I’m not so sure of all the healing stuff, bad things happen to good people…EOS.
Any way go here http://www.beliefnet.com/ they have prayer groups and what not.
Don’t know, but if you find a good one, let me know.
Cheers!
Hey i wouldnt mind talking to you about this if you want. just E-mail me
The thing is will you be able to know what they are teaching is the truth or not? There are many false prophets around these days, and the last thing you can do is connect with some Bible study group that is cursed by God.
The only truth that is been preached today are those servants of God who are spreading His gospel of the water and the Spirit (John 3:5). You cannot just find them by picking up the Yellow pages.
Go to http://www.nlmnewzealand.com and begin reading from the first series. Herein you will find all you need for your spiritual growth and becoming a righteous person. So when you pray to God for your loved one you can be assured that He will hear you. The Bible tells us that He only hears the prayers of a righteous man. If you still have sin then He will not hear your prayers (Isaiah 59:2)
I joined a women’s outreach group. I have found it to be very fulfilling. The women are from many different churches around the city and some from out of town. We meet once a month with a potluck dinner. It’s great because there are all kinds of women their young, old, single, married, divorced. There is a different speaker every month so you hear a different perspective and it is very enlightening. We pray for each other and I enjoy hearing the testimonies of how participating in outreach has enriched these ladies lives. Talk to some of your Christian friends at work and see if they do anything outside of their church like an outreach group. I have a feeling these types of ministries will become more popular as time goes on. People need an intimate connection that some times you can’t get at church. In particular if you belong to a large church or if you are a shy person. Our group has grown to about 30 women and new people show up every month. I also participate with another bible study women’s group on saturday mornings its every saturday for about 30-40 minutes via phone. Different ladies from different churches but everyone gets to stay in their pajamas
You can email me for the number if you like.
I’d suggest- and many would argue Biblically- not doing one online. Do one locally. There are churches around you, aren’t there?
If you’re genuine about seeking God then pray and study by yourself. It’s great in groups too but make sure you do that- one of my friends NEEDS Bible study to be a social thing to the point of eschewing reading by herself. She’s also commensurately non-performing as a believer.
Do stay away from Unitarian heresy.
In any case, it’s a major recommendation that you pick up a Life Application Study Bible. I’d suggest NASB but they’re all good. If you wind up leading studies or wanting a lot of well-guided studies yourself, I’d also strongly suggest the Discover God Study Bible (believe it’s in NLT.)
I am a moderator on a Christian website and we have had several bible study groups. It is difficult to do this online for the most part but it can work by having people read specific scripture (one book at a time). Then get together in a chat and talk about what you learned. Never join one that asks, “What do you think about this?” OR ” How did this make you feel?” “What does this mean to you?” It is all about discovering God and what the lesson is not our own take. If we do not know all the more reason to search for what it says. This will increase our relationship with the LORD. http://www.dittytalk.com (check out the forums and you can also check out the bible study and see if it’s what you are looking for.
It has really helped me grow in my walk!
It is awesome to work on increasing your faith. As far as learning about other world views here is an excellent website with podcasts to that effect. There is also a forum where you can discuss the issues. http://thinkingchristianly.org/ (podcasts) Mind Over Matter for world views. Thinking Christianly for everything else
I would pick a book in the bible that you’d like to study and get your own group together. Then find answers together in the bible and commentaries. However, if you are a new Christian I would encourage you to find a more seasoned one to lead the group.
I’m sorry to hear about your friend and I will be praying. Please keep me posted. You never know what God’s plan is and we cannot always know His timing but that it is perfect!
Peace in Christ.
Sorry to hear about your loved one. I hope she is able to deal well with it. Isaiah 33:24, 35, Rev. 21:3, 4, Matt. 6:10.

Jehovah’s Witnesses are an interactive free Bible study source. You get to ask all the questions you like one on one with a real person either through email, in person, by postal letter or over the phone.
We print a number of different Bible versions including King James, American Standard, New World Translation, The Roman Catholic Greek Interlinear NT called “Emphatic Diaglott”. We also collect and use many other Bible versions both Protestant and Roman Catholic (The English New Jerusalem Bible is a good Roman Catholic version).
You never have to use or read the New World Translation for a study. And we also use others’ Hebrew and Greek dictionaries and references as we do not produce any of those.
You can use my website full of Bibles online free and it also has many commentaries, dictionaries, Hebrew and Greek references and interlinears and also Jewish Bibles as well as Protestant and Catholic.
It is also not necessary to accept any JW literature (though it is free). You can study topic by topic directly from the Bible.
I have a yahoo group for Bible references and questions and answers you can join.
Email me if you want to!
