SOME HELP FOR SUMMER?
I need to tinge up my crippled as well as legs for Summer since I’m spending 5 weeks abroad in Cyprus..
wouldn’t thoughts carrying the somewhat agree go through either. I’m study for exams the lot so do not have any time for any kind of large system of administration though we was wondering if any one has any small practice tips for those areas?
Or any kind of dishes to eat/avoid etc.

You should avoid deep fried food such as french fries, or fried chicken nuggets.Drink low fat milk and low fat yogurt instead of full fat ones. Avoid fastfood places. Drink PLENTY of water and green tea. Water keeps you full and green tea helps burn fat and increase metabolism.
Drink vegetable juice or just snack on carrots or celery whenever you’re hungry in between meals.
Try to eat more grilled chicken and fish rather than beef.
Definetly cut down on sodas.
For a flatter stomach, i would recommend working out on your tummy by following some workout dvd. My autn used “great body guaranteed” after having her baby and lost ALOT of weight on her hips and tummy. So get that DVD or download it if you can.
Dancing and yoga are my favorite ways to keep in shape.

something that always helps too me is drink a lot of water,no sodas,dont eat after 5-6pm…dont eat sweets and definitely no bread!!!!that helped me get flat belly,and skinny bod in like a month…good luck and have a great time in cyprus
do squats leg raises and sit ups and maybe some swimming coz that will do all over

you can just do sit ups and leg exercises also on your study break, run up and down your stairs, your bum will be like steel after two weeks of doing it for ten minutes a day
i dont eat much fatting foods but im still heavy, lol sit ups squats jogging tredmilol swimming fab 4 flattenin stomach tonin muscles in arms and legs and bum x
