WHAT SHOULD I GET FOR MY FRIEND’S BIRTHDAY? (SHE’S GOING TO STUDY ABROAD IN AUSTRALIA.)?
So may be something which she will find utilitarian whilst there? She’s flattering great during planning, so I’m certain she already has all a simple things upon her list to bring.
What would be something singular to get her so she can take there?
BTW, she’s branch 21!

A good idea might be to get her a map/book of the area in austrailia where she is going. They may have a guide type of thing she could use. Also she might just want stuff that reminds her of home. It makes it easier to see a picture or something of friends. The digital picture frames are nice and space saving. It would allow her to view a bunch of different pictures. You could also put together a little gift basket of things. Stuff like phone cards, extra personal items, favorite snacks that she may only be able to get from home, postcards/cards to send to people when she is away. All of that is stuff you can almost never have enough of. Maybe a good book that you enjoyed that she hasn’t read for the long plane ride. I’m sure there are a ton of things you could think of.
I think that since she is going out of the home town, away from the family, she will need some thing to look at when she is out there, id suggest go to her place, pick up some of her photos of her other friends, family members and other people close to her, get those photos copied, and then put the original back, use the copied ones and make an awesome scrap book out of it… it seems like a fun thing to do and will really be appreciated…
I am saying this because obviously she must be able to get all the necessities and all, what she needs there is some thing that remind her of her home, an friends…
